Today we welcomed Ryan, a beatboxer into our school to broaden our music curriculum.
He showcased his talents to each year group and then the children had a chance to perform too. Initially, I think many of the pupils were a little apprehensive as they didn't know what to expect, but it didn't last long before the children were up on the mic giving the beatboxer a run for his money. The children spoke really highly of the day and it was another opportunity for them to think about their interests and hobbies. Many children said they would love to try beatboxing outside of school.
Who knows - a star of the future could have been born today!
